Education Requirements
- Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
- High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
Experience
- Relevant Security Experience
Preferred Experience:
Experience working in a hospital, healthcare facility, or similar high-security environment.
Previous experience leading a security team or coordinating security operations.
Experience in emergency response management, including crowd control and handling medical emergencies.
- Experience with incident reporting and documenting security-related incidents.
Familiarity with safety and security protocols related to healthcare or public institutions.

- FEMA IS-100.C

- Current Valid Driver's License
- IAHSS Advanced Level Certification (CAHSO) - Must be obtained within 12 months of hire/placement
- IAHSS Supervisor Level Certification (CHSS) - Must be obtained within 18 months of hire/placement

- IAHSS Basic Level Certification (CHSO) - Must be obtained within 6 months of hire/placement
