Responsibilities:
This position is a hybrid position based at Reading Hospital in West Reading, PA. Applicants should be within a commutable distance of West Reading, Pennsylvania.
In this key role, the Lead Learning Management System Coordinator supports and evolves how Tower Health employees learn.
The Lead LMS Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management and utilization of our LMS through setting up and assigning reoccurring and new trainings, managing LMS tickets, partnering with departments to evaluate needs and recommend solutions, suggesting training content or delivery enhancements, and various projects.

Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a position responsible for LMS system day-to-day management. LMS system experience with setting up required training, assigning groups/users, and customer service/tickets.
- Relevant instructional design, graphic design, or adult learning experience with education content creation and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and creative mindset to enhance educational content and consider appropriate solutions.
- Project management skills including planning, organization, prioritizing, attention to detail, time management, follow up, and follow through.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Customer focused and consultative mindset with experience evaluating training needs, considering various options, and developing/delivering solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
- Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree
