Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a position responsible for LMS system day-to-day management. LMS system experience with setting up required training, assigning groups/users, and customer service/tickets.
- Relevant instructional design, graphic design, or adult learning experience with education content creation and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and creative mindset to enhance educational content and consider appropriate solutions.
- Project management skills including planning, organization, prioritizing, attention to detail, time management, follow up, and follow through.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Customer focused and consultative mindset with experience evaluating training needs, considering various options, and developing/delivering solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
- Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree
