What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reinsurance Associate position at Total Warranty Services?
The Reinsurance Associate position will be responsible for the setup and management of reinsurance programs. They will also be responsible for conducting monthly cession reviews as part of the reinsurance team and miscellaneous projects as they arise.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Coordinate between departments to obtain necessary information to set up accounts.
· Communicate with clients via phone and email to obtain necessary documents, educate them on processes and set up details as well as answer any questions.
· Preparation of required documents based on set up needed by client.
· Review and audit documentation to ensure proper completion and required documents included.
· Timely and continuous follow up to collect necessary information and documents needed to set up accounts
· Submission of documentation to different vendors based on set guidelines
· Coordinating communication between clients and vendors as needed
· Input program details into ASANA and PCRS software programs
· Maintain organized folders and logs of the setup process for each program
· Audit and approve new program enrollments
· Review and distribute monthly cession statements
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment
· Must be organized and detailed to handle and multi-task projects by the required deadlines
· Ability to create and develop professional relationships with internal and external customers
· Special projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
