Position OverviewThe In-Home Sales Consultant is responsible for meeting with homeowners, providing product consultations, and closing residential floor coating projects.This is a field-based role where you will manage an assigned territory throughout the Chicago suburbs.Leads are provided, though additional earning potential exists for generating self-sourced opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow an assigned sales territory across the Chicago suburbsConduct in-home consultations with homeowners interested in floor coating solutionsEducate customers on coating systems, installation process, and product benefitsDeliver professional estimates and confidently ask for the saleClose 3–5 projects per day on averageMaintain accurate pipeline and activity trackingProvide an exceptional customer experience from first meeting to signed contract What We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate is:Competitive and performance-drivenComfortable operating independently in the fieldA strong communicator who builds trust quicklyConfident asking for the sale and overcoming objectionsMotivated by high earnings potentialThis role is best suited for someone with a hunter mentality who enjoys working with warm leads while also creating additional opportunities.
