We are building a world-class sales organization and looking for a Corporate Sales Trainer to help develop elite in-home sales professionals across multiple markets.

hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about coaching, accountability, and helping salespeople maximize their potential.
Position

Overview
The Corp

rate Sales Trainer will be responsible for onboarding, developing, coaching, and improving the performance of Design Consultants and sales representatives throughout the organization.
This rol

will help lead and reinforce TORQ’s one-day call close sales model while building training systems, role-play structures, sales process accountability, and ongoing field coaching initiatives.
