We generate high-quality leads and run a structured in-home sales process. Now we’re looking for the right leader to build, scale, and dominate our sales organization.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Head of Sales to take ownership of our entire sales function.
This role is not just about managing, it’s about building, leading, and scaling a high-performance sales team.
You will implement and enforce our proven sales system, while recruiting, coaching, and developing a team of closers who know how to win.

What You’ll Do
* Build and scale the outside sales team (in-home sales consultants)
* Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent
* Train and coach reps on our proven sales system and process
* Lead daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
* Ride along on appointments and help close deals when needed
* Track and manage KPIs including close rate, revenue, and average ticket
* Implement accountability and performance standards across the team
* Work closely with marketing and call center to maximize lead conversion
* Continuously refine scripts, presentations, and training systems
* Help build a winning, competitive sales culture
