Truck Driver

Topsham Tractor is looking for a dependable, safety‑minded Full-Time Truck Driver to join our team. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring tractors, implements, and equipment are delivered to customers on time and picked up efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Safely haul and transport tractors, attachments, and heavy equipment to customer locations
• Pick up units from customers, suppliers, and service locations
• Secure loads properly and operate equipment with care
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and follow all safety procedures
• Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries and pickups
• Assist with loading/unloading as needed
• Communicate effectively with the service and sales teams to coordinate schedules

Requirements

• Experience hauling heavy loads and equipment is required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate trailers, ramps, tie‑downs, and related equipment
• Strong attendance record—reliability is a top priority
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to lift, secure, and maneuver equipment safely
• Professional appearance and communication skills
