We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Director to lead and enhance a growing talent acquisition function across multiple business areas and leadership levels.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting strategy and execution across professional, operational, and leadership roles
- Build and strengthen proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and external partnerships
- Improve recruiting processes, hiring efficiency, and candidate experience through standardized workflows and performance metrics
- Partner closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business growth goals and workforce needs
- Develop and mentor recruiting team members while driving accountability and execution excellence
- Track recruiting performance metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10 years of recruiting experience, preferably within professional services, finance, accounting, or advisory environments
- Experience leading or scaling recruiting functions and building direct sourcing strategies
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Experience with recruiting systems, CRM tools, analytics, and talent pipeline management
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work collaboratively across teams
