This executive leader will own the overarching North American marketing communications strategy, driving brand architecture, digital channel execution, and high-impact storytelling. Key Strategic Priorities
- Enterprise Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end planning and execution for multi-channel brand and sector marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Brand Architecture & Positioning: Oversee strategic storytelling and brand frameworks across multiple enterprise business units, ensuring consistent positioning across varied customer segments.
- Omnichannel Growth: Direct operations for paid media, corporate social media, outbound email marketing, and influencer partnerships—optimizing performant campaigns through data-driven insights.
- Editorial & Content Leadership: Define the overarching content strategy across digital, print, and experiential channels to elevate the brand's voice in key commercial and industrial markets.
- Cross-Functional & Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team of communications strategists and channel specialists while partnering closely with executive product, brand, and digital leadership.
Qualifications & Leadership Profile
- Experience: 12 years of progressive marketing communications, brand strategy, or content leadership experience, with 7–10 years managing enterprise cross-functional teams.
- Industry Background: Strong preference for B2B or B2B2C experience within industrial, manufacturing, building products, or enterprise technology sectors.
- Core Capabilities: Demonstrated success leading multi-channel campaigns, defining complex brand architectures, and leveraging performance marketing metrics to drive ROI.
- Leadership Style: Strategic, autonomous, and highly collaborative, with executive-level communication skills and a track record of driving accountability in fast-paced environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline required.
