Inventory Flow and Dispatch Specialist

Help us keep precision parts moving—safely, accurately, and on schedule. In this role, you’ll be central to our shipping, receiving, and internal material movement, ensuring every order is packaged right, documented correctly, and shipped on time.

• Package and label orders per company and customer standards.
• Load/unload inbound and outbound trucks using proper equipment.
• Match receipts to packing slips and purchase orders.
• Create labels, packing slips, and related shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers and schedule freight pickups.
• Move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Track packaging supply levels; request replenishment as needed.
• Ensure shipment packaging, labeling, and compliance requirements are met.
• Keep shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Champion safe work practices and a zero-accidents mindset.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in logistics processes.

• High School Diploma.
• Experience in shipping/receiving, warehousing, material handling, or manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift/pallet jack operation skills (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Strong detail orientation and accuracy.
• Teamwork and self-direction.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
