Job summary
Responsible for consistent multitasking and prioritizing of tasks. Ability to manage time well while maintaining customer accounts and fulfilling requests from multiple departments. Continual and accurate updating of all applicable systems and company data.

Consistently present a professional personal image and abide by the company’s uniform policy.
Maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
Regular and predictable attendance with consideration for overtime as company needs arise.
Adding new food items to systems (catapult and ADC) with consistent, daily and weekly upkeep.
Ensure accurate account of weekly specials and fulfilling submission sheets (Enews, MwM, Best of Tony’s).
Weekly adjustments of store level price changes while meeting deadlines.
Weekly and monthly reports for management team (i.e.: Specials report, Monthly movement)
Consistent entering and amending of recipes and ingredients (i.e.: new recipes, current recipe adjustments, new ingredients, ingredient adjustments, allergens, nutrition facts and ensuring correct ingredients are being utilized).
Trouble shooting system errors and concerns for all four Tony’s Market locations.
Hands-on experience with software and databases and how they interact with each other and each store location.
Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, ADP, Outlook, Interstore, catapult and perpetual inventory management.
Subsequent training in-store with cash register, grocery department, PO’s, transfers, counts, and adjustments.
Gain knowledge of POS system, store scales, network layout and ability to trouble shoot concerns as they arise.
Continual tidying of customer entries and points/loyalty program, while cleaning up duplicates and errors.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must.
Basic computer and network trouble shooting skills.
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and use organizational skills daily.
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
Work Conditions and Physical Effort
Constant communication via phone, emails, in-person with multiple departments and employees.
The majority of work performed will be sedentary and in shared a workspace.
Salary : $18 - $24
