Senior Data Analyst – SQL & Tableau
Location: Denver or "Remote"

Job Type: Data Analyst with SQL and Tableau
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be a critical member of our data and analytics team, responsible for delivering insights that drive decision-making across the organization. You will leverage your expertise in SQL and Tableau to develop reporting solutions, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and support long-term strategic initiatives. Your work will support stakeholders ranging from product managers and clinicians to senior leaders and operational teams.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring technical acumen, business understanding, and strong communication skills. You'll play a central part in helping our organization make data-driven decisions that improve outcomes and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Report Development & Data Management
- Develop, maintain, and distribute reports that support performance evaluation and product decision-making
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient reporting solutions
- Utilize SQL to query, clean, and structure data from relational databases
- Build and publish Tableau dashboards and reusable data sources for internal consumption
- Conduct QA and peer-review on reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Maintain and improve documentation for reports and data models
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Present and explain analytical findings to a range of stakeholders across departments
- Clearly communicate timelines, progress, and priorities
- Coordinate with compliance and legal partners to ensure responsible use of sensitive data
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, clinical, and operations to understand needs and deliver actionable insights
Analytical Support
- Perform ad-hoc analyses using SQL, Tableau Desktop, and Tableau Prep
- Provide insights into EMR usage, clinical outcomes, and operational performance
- Apply statistical reasoning to assess data reliability and significance
- Continuously look for opportunities to streamline analytical processes and improve reporting workflows
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Public Health)
- 4 years of experience with SQL and relational databases
- Advanced Tableau experience (Tableau Desktop Certification preferred)
- Strong experience communicating with business stakeholders and leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience working within an SDLC framework
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or clinical analytics
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)
