What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding support
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, advise on recruiting strategies, and present qualified candidates
- Screen, interview, and evaluate professional and technical candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and culture
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering a high-touch, positive candidate experience
- Support change initiatives by coaching leaders on updated recruiting processes, compensation alignment, and people development strategies
- 5 years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally within engineering or technical environments
- Strong ability to manage diverse recruiting needs while maintaining a consultative, business-focused mindset
- Proven experience delivering high-quality candidate experiences in low-turnover, high-touch environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and applicant tracking systems (ISIMs a plus)
