Job Description:
A Quality Manager supports the maintenance and improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS), often based on ISO standards like ISO 9001. Key responsibilities include ensuring products and services meet established standards through developing and implementing quality control systems, performing audits, and leading continuous improvement efforts. As well as managing quality team activities, ensuring process compliance, analyzing quality data for trends and corrective actions, and collaborating with other departments to enhance product and process quality. The role also involves developing quality procedures, and training staff.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)
· Guarantee that products, services, and processes meet internal, industry, and regulatory standards
· Oversee production and service delivery, conduct inspections, and check raw materials to ensure consistency and quality
· Analyze quality data, create statistical reports on quality performance, and communicate findings to management.
· Assist with training staff on QMS and document process
· Assist with quality reporting to internal and external customers/stakeholders
· Collaborate with other departments
Requirements:
· Knowledge of ISO standards
· Attention to detail and organizational skills

· Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance or Engineering or related field
· 5 years of in field experience
