Core Responsibilities
- Measure, compare, and conduct necessary shop calculations to ensure product compliance with engineering or sales specifications, utilizing materials, methods, and equipment in the shop, including but not limited to sanders, drills, and air and electric hand cutting tools.
- Perform material fit-ups and layouts with steel.
- Position and secure workpieces using hand tools, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Inspect products and equipment for defects and malfunctions.
- Conduct sanding and grinding operations.
- Handle steel breakout tasks.
- Assemble steel panels using bolt-together construction.
- Manage material handling, including forklift operation.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Manufacturing experience, preferred
- Proficiency in using power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Capability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High motivation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently
