Core Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical training program is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and terminology.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to electrical systems.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn from experienced electricians and follow directions effectively.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and perform manual labor as required.
