Tom Wood Lexus in Indianapolis, IN is looking for a Pickup & Delivery Driver to join our team. The Pickup & Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting customer vehicles to and from the dealership for service appointments. This role ensures a convenient, safe, and positive experience for customers while supporting the efficiency of the service department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up customer vehicles from homes, workplaces, or other designated locations
- Deliver serviced vehicles back to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after transport (document condition, mileage, fuel level, etc.)
- Maintain clear communication with service advisors and customers regarding timing and updates
- Ensure all vehicles are handled safely and driven responsibly
- Follow all traffic laws and dealership policies
- Assist with basic service department tasks when not driving (e.g., moving vehicles, organizing lot)
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle status
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
- Required- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic familiarity with vehicle operations and safety procedures
