- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
- Accurately document all services performed in compliance with company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally to customers
- Stay current with automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Complete minor repairs such as replacing air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
- Basic automotive knowledge required; experience with shop equipment (wheel/tire tools, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, AC equipment) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
