Tom Wood Honda is seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant to support our dealership operations. This role is essential to maintaining an organized, efficient, and customer-friendly environment, ensuring a great first impression for every guest who visits our store.
Position Summary
The Lot Attendant is responsible for supporting both sales and service operations by maintaining vehicle organization, ensuring lot readiness, and assisting with daily dealership needs. This individual plays a key role in delivering a positive customer experience from arrival to departure.

The Lot Attendant is responsible for supporting both sales and service operations by maintaining vehicle organization, ensuring lot readiness, and assisting with daily dealership needs. This individual plays a key role in delivering a positive customer experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Support
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
- Help direct guests to the appropriate department or team member
- Deliver a welcoming and professional first impression
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, sales lane, and showroom
- Park, retrieve, and stage vehicles efficiently and safely
- Monitor lot presentation to ensure vehicles are properly displayed and accessible
- Support inventory organization and lot flow
- Assist sales and service teams with vehicle movement and preparation
- Ensure all vehicle keys are properly tagged and stored
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional dealership environment
- Complete additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
