This position is currently based at our Anderson, IN location. Tom Wood Honda is excited to be transitioning to a brand-new dealership facility in Whitestown, Indiana (near Zionsville, North Brownsburg, and West Carmel), expected to open early 2027. Team members hired now will have the opportunity to grow with us through this exciting transition.

- Explain features, offer test drives, and help customers find the perfect fit — no pressure, just great service
- Present financing options, trade-in values, and close deals with confidence and professionalism
- Stay sharp on vehicle models, trims, and features with ongoing training (we invest in you)
- Handle paperwork accurately and ensure every deal is clean, compliant, and customer-approve
- Build long-term relationships with your customers — they’ll come back to you because you earned their trust
- Collaborate with finance, service, and fellow sales team members to give every customer a seamless experience
- Hit (and exceed!) your sales goals — with support, mentorship, and room to grow
- A passion for people, cars, and closing the deal
- Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to connect with just about anyone
- Solid communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- A customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable using CRM tools and willing to work evenings & weekends
- Required- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
