Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and market share.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed.

Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs and dealership policies.

Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve escalated concerns promptly.

Collaborate with other departments (finance, service) to ensure smooth operations.

Recruit, train, and develop sales staff for long-term success.

Success Indicators

Achievement of sales and profitability goals.

High customer satisfaction scores and repeat business.

Strong team engagement and low turnover.

Effective execution of sales processes and compliance standards.
