Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift Time: 13:00 – 20:00
Location: Zionsville
We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated driver to join our growing team. This position focuses primarily on pickups with occasional bulk deliveries. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and able to manage time efficiently while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills.
This route operates in the Zionsville area and surrounding CSA locations. Drivers will start their shift at the station and complete scheduled pickups while ensuring accurate documentation and proper handling of packages.
CDL License is NOT required
About the Job
- Paid training
- Operate a box truck for commercial pickups and occasional bulk deliveries
- Driver arrives at the station at 13:00 and departs for the route no later than 13:30
- Some days may include a few bulk deliveries or a small neighborhood delivery route
- Deliveries, if assigned, are designed to take 1–2 hours to complete
- The remainder of the shift will focus on completing scheduled pickups across the CSA
- The latest scheduled pickup will be at 19:00
- After completing all pickups, drivers return to the station and follow proper protocols for offloading packages and submitting pickup documentation
- Maintain accurate records, communicate clearly, and provide great customer service

- Delivery or logistics experience preferred
