Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and development, focusing on seasonal ingredients and innovative dishes.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, food handling, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Oversee food production processes to maintain quality and consistency across all dishes served.
- Collaborate with the catering team for special events and banquets, ensuring timely service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to minimize waste while maximizing efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a lead line cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
