Summary:
Provides direct support to the Branch and line managers. Performs a wide variety of administrative duties as required by daily operations.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Assists Branch and Department managers with various projects and duties
- Keeps filing system orderly and up to date
- Fills in for vacation and sick time for Reception desks
- Orders office supply as needed
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No supervisory responsibilities in this position.

- Must have a working knowledge of Window and Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Quicken
- Job requires knowledge of grammar, basic mathematics, personnel procedures, organizational structure and terminology
- Assignments require considerable cooperation, tact and discretion in obtaining and transmitting information through correspondence, call and visits from important customers
- Knows when and to whom to refer problems and questions
- Knows company policies and procedures
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and one to two years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
