- 1 year directly supporting technologies or products
- Experience with:
- Video chat
- A/V support
- Microsoft Teams rooms
- A/V installation
- Troubleshooting skills
- Must have good customer service and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist primary A/V analyst with installations, operational support, and maintenance for all equipment in our environment
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or 4 years of job-related work experience
The hourly rate for this position is $27.97.
