Duties
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, HR sourcing, ATS management (Applicant Tracking System), and onboarding programs such as employee orientation and training & development initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies, including performance management, employee evaluation, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
- Manage benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, OSHA compliance, and leave policies such as FMLA to ensure legal adherence and employee well-being.
- Oversee human capital management systems to streamline HR operations.
- Foster positive employee relations through conflict management, effective communication skills, and organizational design that supports a collaborative work environment.
- Implement change management initiatives to support organizational restructuring or process improvements while maintaining high morale.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations and affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in human capital management practices.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures.
- Demonstrated ability in project management with skills in organizational design and strategic planning.
- Strong communication skills paired with conflict management expertise to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Experience with benefits administration systems such as Paychex or ADP; proficiency in data entry and report generation is essential.
- Ability to lead change initiatives effectively using change management principles; experience with social media management for employer branding is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications like SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are preferred.
