Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5PM
- Requires occasional local travel, a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are essential.
- Provide prompt Level 1 IT support to internal users
- Configure and deploy new computers and user accounts
- Manage user access and perform password resets via Active Directory
- Maintain and update Group Policy settings
- Install and troubleshoot printers and related peripherals
- Support VoIP phone system setup and configuration
- Assist with VPN and firewall configuration and support
- Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Maintain clear, accurate, and current IT documentation
- Strong interest in IT and a proactive attitude toward learning
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Office 365 applications
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, VPNs) is a plus
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy is desirable
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft certifications
- Valuable hands-on experience across diverse IT environments
- On-the-job training and mentorship from experienced professionals

Salary : $5,000
