Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your IT career? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT team as an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist. This hands-on role offers excellent exposure to a wide range of IT systems, tools, and real-world troubleshooting scenarios. You’ll support end users; help maintain IT infrastructure and be a key player in ensuring smooth technology operations across our office locations.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5PM
*Requires occasional local travel, a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Provide prompt Level 1 IT support to internal users

Configure and deploy new computers and user accounts

Manage user access and perform password resets via Active Directory

Maintain and update Group Policy settings
-
Install and troubleshoot printers and related peripherals

Support VoIP phone system setup and configuration

Assist with VPN and firewall configuration and support

Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Maintain clear, accurate, and current IT documentation
Preferred Qualifications

Strong interest in IT and a proactive attitude toward learning

Familiarity with Windows OS and Office 365 applications

Basic understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, VPNs) is a plus

Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy is desirable

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
Education & Certifications
While no formal degree or certification is required, having one or more of the following is considered beneficial:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft certifications
