Key Responsibilities

• Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform welding, sanding, painting prep, and finishing to the highest quality standards
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components as required for repair, ensuring proper alignment and functionality
• Inspect completed repairs to verify they meet quality standards and specifications, promptly addressing any deficiencies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all repairs, including parts used and labor hours
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures, including handling hazardous materials and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Body Technician/Auto Body Repairer
• Knowledge of painting, welding, frame straightening, and refinishing techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Valid driver’s license; certifications are a plus
