Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their powersports needs
- Present vehicles, accessories, and financing options
- Conduct test rides and product demonstrations
- Prepare sales contracts, trade-ins, and financing paperwork
- Follow up with prospects to generate repeat business
- Maintain product knowledge of inventory, promotions, and OEM programs
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
- Keep showroom and lot organized and professional
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred; powersports or automotive experience a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and guide customers through the sales process
- Goal-oriented, motivated, and self-driven
- Basic knowledge of financing and dealership systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must hold a motorcycle endorsement or must be willing to get within 90 days of employment.
