What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence
• Discover customer needs and recommend the right vehicles to match their lifestyle and budget
• Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and coordinate test drives
• Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in options transparently and ethically
• Complete sales and title documentation accurately and on time
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Work collaboratively with finance, service, and parts departments
• Support dealership operations with additional tasks as assigned
• Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a strong plus
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong customer-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
