Responsibilities
- Perform structural and non-structural body repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Repair, replace, and align body panels, frames, and components
- Use frame machines, measuring systems, and hand/power tools safely and accurately
- Identify damage and determine proper repair procedures
- Follow OEM repair procedures and safety standards
- Work closely with estimators, painters, and other technicians
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Ensure repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an automotive body technician (collision repair)
- Knowledge of body repair techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and follow repair estimates and OEM procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must provide own tools and tool box
