Traveling Warehouse Supervisor – Solar Division

Your responsibilities

Job Summary

To coach and otherwise guide a team of employees to achieve optimum levels of productivity, quality and safety while meeting operational deadlines and We are seeking an experienced Traveling Warehouse Supervisor to manage operations across multiple warehouse locations supporting solar panel projects. This role requires extensive travel (approximately 95%) and strong leadership to ensure accurate inventory control, efficient loading/unloading, and timely scheduling of trucks. You will lead warehouse teams, maintain operational excellence.

Job Description

• Travel: Must be willing and able to travel 95% of the time nationwide.
• Experience: 3 years in warehouse supervision or logistics (solar or construction industry preferred).
• Skills: Warehouse experience, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in inventory systems,, Microsoft Excell, team lead and customer service experience.
• Other: Valid driver’s license - Forklift Certified.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple warehouse locations nationwide to supervise operations.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and inventory is properly controlled.
• Oversee loading and unloading of solar panels and related materials.
• Schedule trucks for timely deliveries and pickups.
• Lead and train warehouse teams to meet performance and safety standards.
• Monitor and control warehouse sites.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
