  • Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with case management teams to ensure seamless transitions across care settings.

  • Offer specialized occupational therapy services in pediatric settings, early intervention programs, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, or school environments.
  • Support client communication efforts by utilizing appropriate techniques tailored to individual needs and developmental levels.

  • Proficiency in occupational therapy assessments and implementing occupational therapy programs across inpatient, outpatient, home health, or school settings.
  • Skilled in discharge planning, case management, and collaborating within interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) management and medical documentation protocols.
  • Ability to adapt interventions for pediatric occupational therapy and early intervention programs effectively.
  • Knowledge of occupational health principles applicable in various clinical environments such as acute care or skilled nursing facilities.
