Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and recent banking/financial services domain expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 10 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Recent experience working with Banking/Financial Services clients is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning technologies.
- Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and production support.
- Prepare technical documentation and mentor junior developers as needed.
