About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Systems Administrator to support and enhance enterprise workplace and facilities management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Archibus or similar IWMS/CAFM platforms, managing facility data, floor plans, space utilization, reporting, and system integrations.
This role requires strong collaboration with Facilities, Real Estate, Workplace Services, CAD teams, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate facility data management and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support Archibus or similar IWMS/CAFM platforms.
- Manage facility, space, occupancy, workplace, reservation, and maintenance data.
- Coordinate CAD/AutoCAD floor plan updates and synchronize changes within the IWMS platform.
- Maintain floor plans, room records, space allocations, and occupancy information.
- Create and manage system views, dashboards, reports, and data validations.
- Develop SQL queries and generate operational and utilization metrics.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across facilities systems.
- Support workplace moves, adds, changes, and space planning initiatives.
- Troubleshoot application issues and work closely with technical and business teams.
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience supporting Archibus or similar IWMS/CAFM platforms such as TRIRIGA, Planon, FM Systems, or equivalent.
- Experience with modules such as:
- Space Management
- Workplace Services
- Reservations
- Preventive Maintenance
- Occupancy Management
- Strong understanding of CAD/AutoCAD floor plans and facility drawings.
- Experience managing floor plan updates and publishing changes into IWMS systems.
- Strong SQL skills with experience creating reports, metrics, and dashboards.
- Experience validating data and maintaining data integrity.
- Knowledge of Smart Client or similar facilities management tools.
- Understanding of facility operations, workplace management, and space utilization processes.
