Growth Path: Setter to Closer
All new hires begin as Appointment Setters for the first several weeks, learning communication basics and gaining field experience.
After completing a series of training sessions and meeting performance milestones, you will have the opportunity to advance into a Closer role, where you will conduct full consultations and close your own deals. This advancement is performance-based and comes with significantly higher earning potential.

Role Summary
