Role Responsibilities
As an Appointment Setter (starting phase):
- Knock on doors in assigned residential areas
- Start conversations with homeowners about solar benefits
- Provide basic information about available solar programs
- Set and document appointments for our energy consultants
- Participate in coaching sessions to build future closing skills
After completing training and performance goals:
- Shadow and assist closers during homeowner consultations
- Begin practicing parts of the sales presentation
- Advance into a full Solar Closer role, closing deals independently with full support
What We’re Looking For
- Based near the Frisco–Dallas area
- Has reliable transportation
- Owns a smartphone for routing and communication
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners in person
- Coachable, consistent, and driven
- Available during afternoons and/or early evenings
Compensation & Work Style
