Full-Time Door Setter (Solar)
A renewable-energy outreach team serving the Frisco–Dallas area is expanding and seeking dependable individuals to help homeowners learn about accessible clean-energy options that may reduce monthly utility costs. Our workplace emphasizes professionalism, teamwork, and continued development. Many of our top performers began in entry-level roles and later advanced into leadership positions.
This is a full-time, entry-level position focused on arranging informational consultations. No selling or closing is required.
Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners in designated residential areas
- Provide introductory information about clean-energy programs
- Schedule and verify consultation appointments
- Maintain communication and reporting standards
Training & Schedule
- Training included; no previous experience needed
- Virtual learning: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 2 PM (Google Meet)
- In-person coaching: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays in Frisco, TX
- Field outreach begins weekday afternoons
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone for communication and scheduling
- Comfortable speaking face-to-face with homeowners
- Coachable, reliable, and motivated
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
