Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team for the 3 PM - 11 PM shift. This is a full-time opportunity to lead our nursing staff and ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department.
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and facility compliance.
- Participate in facility surveys and audits by regulatory agencies.
- Address and resolve any concerns to maintain a safe, high-quality care environment.
Qualifications:
- Active RN License in the State of New York.
- Experience: At least 2 years in long-term care or rehabilitation, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
