Responsibilities:
Record and maintain detailed patient medical records while closely monitoring vital signs.
Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure smooth and effective workflow.
Coordinate daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, nursing assignments, and patient care plans.
Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently.
Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing team members.
Monitor medical charts and offer compassionate care to patients and their families.
Collaborate with physicians and administrators to improve patient care quality.
Communicate protocol updates promptly to nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate reports related to patient care and activities.
Handle any emergencies or issues calmly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of New York.
