Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the sales team to generate qualified agency leads throughout the territoryTravel onsite (Primarily in the NYC area) to agencies to introduce RN Pad and schedule demosWillingness to travel out of state to conferences, and represent RN PadBuild and manage top of the funnel pipeline through in person cold outreach, cold emails, cold calling, networkingDevelop strong relationships with prospects, company partners, and internal employees to ensure a smooth sales processBe able to clearly articulate the value of RN Pad and the impact it has on agencies and their patientsAccurately track activity, pipeline, notes in CRMCollaborate closely with executive leadership to help refine messaging and strategy Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, in BDR or equivalent role.Deadline and detail oriented.Excellent communication skills for building rapport and delivering compelling pitches.Experience in the home care industry is a plus but not required.Some experience with sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Attio (or other CRMs).
