Job Title: Implementation Services Analyst
Location: Tampa, FL (Fully Remote)
Duration: 6 Months
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Services Analyst to support system implementation and migration initiatives, with a strong focus on pension administration processes. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can bridge business requirements and technical execution, ensuring accurate system configuration, thorough testing, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support system implementation and migration projects by gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Perform manual pension calculations, process election forms, and ensure accurate setup of pension payments within systems
- Load, validate, and maintain pension data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established procedures
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, including creating test plans, identifying edge cases, and building test cases based on both existing and inferred scenarios
- Execute system and user acceptance testing, identify defects, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues
- Manage or support project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for system migration initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and system functionality
- Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in pension administration, including manual calculations and processing of election forms
- Hands-on experience with system implementations, including writing functional requirements and supporting development teams
- Strong testing experience, including creating test plans from scratch and executing structured testing methodologies
- Experience supporting or managing system migration projects
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and quickly grasp new concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with pension or benefits administration systems
- Prior experience in a project management or lead role within implementation projects
- Familiarity with data analysis and test case development techniques
