Responsibilities:
- Pension Administrative services
- Data needed for pension administrative
- Fast Past Environment
- New clients - analyze pension plan documents
- Analysis of discovery
- Take existing client and move them to another platform
- Working internally with delivery team
- 5 years experience
- Pension administration experience (not call center and not actuarial) - ideally they have completed manual pension calculations, processed returned election forms for setting up payments, and loaded pension data into a system.
- Implementation experience - understands how to write good requirements for a system programmer, knows how to start with the deliverable and back up to make sure the steps align with the end-goal in mind
- Testing experience - knows how to test a system/application using standard testing principles - creating a test plan from scratch based on requirements, include all break-points, and mining data for test cases and creating test cases for scenarios not in the data.
- Project Manager experience for System Migration projects
- Good verbal communication, asks effective questions, picks up things quickly
