Testing experience - knows how to test a system/application using standard testing principles - creating a test plan from scratch based on requirements, include all break-points, and mining data for test cases and creating test cases for scenarios not in the data.

Project Manager experience for System Migration projects
Good verbal communication, asks effective questions, picks up things quickly
