- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or office worker is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with phone systems and calendar management tools is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computerized systems and Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications.
