Three Rivers Endodontics is a growing specialty dental practice dedicated to delivering advanced endodontic care throughout the Greater Pittsburgh region. Our team is focused on one mission: helping patients preserve their natural teeth while providing a comfortable, compassionate experience.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking Practice Managers to oversee operations across one to three offices within a defined region. This role is critical in ensuring strong day-to-day performance, supporting clinical excellence, and delivering a consistent, high-quality patient experience, and making the offices a welcoming environment for our teams who work there.

What You'll Do
The Practice Manager works closely with endodontists and senior leadership to ensure each assigned office operates efficiently, supports clinical teams effectively, and delivers an outstanding patient experience.
This role provides direct leadership to both clinical and front office teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and operational consistency across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct leadership and daily operational oversight for 1–3 office locations
- Support and develop clinical teams, including dental assistants and sterilization staff
- Partner with endodontists to ensure clinical readiness, efficiency, and high-quality patient care
- Strengthen workflows to improve procedure flow and patient throughput
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, sterilization standards, infection control, and regulatory requirements
- Identify training needs and support ongoing development of team members
- Oversee front office and patient access operations, including scheduling, insurance workflows, and patient communication
- Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience from initial contact through treatment completion
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and coverage across assigned offices
- Monitor and act on key performance indicators
- Address operational challenges proactively and drive solutions at the office level
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Support onboarding and training of new hires within assigned offices

- Experience in dental practice management strongly preferred

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
