Three Rivers Endodontics (3RE) is seeking an experienced, motivated, and service-driven Front Office Lead to support the training, development, and day-to-day performance of our front office teams across all locations. This role is ideal for a strong front office professional who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams.
This position works closely with front office staff, the revenue cycle team, practice leadership, and executive leadership to ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience and adherence to 3RE standards across all offices.
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week
Primary Location: Moon Township (with travel to all 3RE locations as needed)
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently across multiple providers and locations
- Verify dental insurance and ensure accurate patient information
- Collect, post, and reconcile patient payments
Training & Team Development
- Lead onboarding and training for all new front office team members
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve front office training manuals and resources
- Serve as a day-to-day resource and mentor for front office staff
- Conduct regular check-ins and facilitate monthly and ad hoc team meetings
Operational Consistency & Leadership
- Travel to all office locations to provide coverage, coaching, and training
- Ensure front office processes are executed consistently in alignment with 3RE standards
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and team development
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a dental or specialty dental office required
- Strong understanding of:
- Dental insurance verification
- Front office financial workflows
- Experience developing training materials and leading team training initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with dental practice management systems preferred (Open Dental a plus)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
