Shift: 2nd Shift – 3:30 PM–12:00 AM OR 3rd Shift – 10:30 PM–7:00 AM

Job Summary
Support manufacturing engineering projects and process improvements within the foundry/assembly environment. This role works closely with engineers, supervisors, operators, suppliers, and contractors to improve manufacturing processes, quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing engineering projects.
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, systems, equipment, and methods.
- Develop and test engineering solutions.
- Support engineering standards, specifications, inspections, and validations.
- Coordinate activities with suppliers, subcontractors, and contractors.
- Identify process and system deficiencies and implement improvements.
- Support product development and engineering activities.
- Work within established project management plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Spend approximately 75% of the time on the shop floor.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1 year of foundry/process engineering experience.
- Manufacturing/process engineering experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills
- Manufacturing line/process design.
- SAP, MES, Creo, or AutoCAD.
- Controls engineering and safety-system design.
- FANUC robotics programming and troubleshooting highly preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
